The collision involved a motorcycle and a red Toyota Tundra pickup truck. The motorcycle was found lying in the street in front of the truck, which sustained visible front-end damage. The Texas Department of Transportation closed Zaragoza Road in both directions in the area as authorities investigated the scene.

The El Paso Fire Department confirmed that two people were transported to a local hospital following the crash. One person, believed to be the motorcyclist, was transported with serious injuries and was reported to be in critical condition. A second individual was transported with minor injuries.
