Victims of fatal car crashes that have been caused by another’s negligence are entitled to compensation for injuries suffered. Negligence by the driver may include cell phone usage, reckless driving, failure to use signals, speeding and underage driving.

Pursuing a Car Accident Case

An exception would be to provide the name of the car accident attorney handling your case.
